- how did your knowledge improve over the pastsome years? It is best to demonstrate to the interviewer several testimonies (if you have them) about the completion of courses, seminars, trainings or other activities to improve their qualifications;
Have you offered your candidacy for thesimilar positions in other organizations? Answer this question honestly, otherwise the employer will begin to doubt the loyalty of the future employee.
